About White Portland cement :

White Portland cement is the grinding material with white Portland cement clinker and few iron oxide content,appropriate amount of gypsum and mixed materials (limestone and kiln ash). It is hydraulic cementable material.It is also called white cement.The code is P·W.

Technical Requirements:

1. Sulfur oxide content. White portland cement should not contain more than 3.5% sulfur trioxide.
2. The fineness. After 80um square hole sieve,the sieve residual should not exceed 10.0%.
3. Setting time. The initial setting time of white portland cement should be no earlier than 45min, and the final setting time should be no later than 10h.
4. Stability. It must be qualified by boiling test.
5. Whiteness. White Portland cement should have a whiteness value not less than 87.
6. Strength and strength grade. According to its 3D and 28D compressive strength and flexural strength, the strength grade of white portland cement is divided into 325, 425 and 525

White Portland cement usages:

White portland cement is a water-proofing material.It is mainly used for building decoration, such as ground, stairs, steps, exterior wall finishes, colored waterbrush and terrazzo manufacturing, decorative mortar, cut stone, cement wool craft, marble and ceramic tile inserts, coatings,concrete sculpture craft products, and used for the manufacture of colored cement, etc.
