Reasonable particle gradation can reduce and eliminate precipitation and stratification when used; It can enhance the tensile and compressive strength of the cured substance, improve the wear resistance, and increase the thermal conductivity of the cured substance, and increase the flame retardant performance.

5, after silane coupling agent treatment of silicon powder, all kinds of resin has good infiltration, good adsorption performance, easy to mix, no agglomeration phenomenon.

6, As a filling material, silica fume is added to the organic resin to  improve the properties of the cured substance and reduce the cost of products
